LCP KNIGHTS 12U Fall To GTX STUDS Baseball 12U After Surrendering Big First Inning

GTX STUDS Baseball 12U defeated LCP KNIGHTS 12U 11-2 on Saturday thanks in part to six runs in the first inning.

GTX STUDS Baseball 12U jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after Carter A drew a walk, scoring one run, Mason N drew a walk, scoring one run, Levi T doubled, scoring one run, and Kase K tripled, scoring three runs.

GTX STUDS Baseball 12U added two runs in the second after Bryan H grounded out.

Breck R started on the hill for LCP KNIGHTS 12U. The starter gave up three hits and six runs over one inning, striking out one and walking three. Kase K stepped on the bump first for GTX STUDS Baseball 12U. The starting pitcher gave up one hit and two runs over one and one-third innings, striking out one and walking one.

Miles V led the team with one run batted in. Lowell K went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead LCP KNIGHTS 12U in hits.

Mason O went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead GTX STUDS Baseball 12U in hits. Bryan H and Kase K each drove in three runs for GTX STUDS Baseball 12U. River H stole two bases. GTX STUDS Baseball 12U worked the count all day, collecting seven walks. GTX STUDS Baseball 12U didn’t commit a single error in the field. Carter A had the most chances in the field with six.

LCP KNIGHTS 12U will travel to Ctx Wolfpack for their next game on Saturday.

LCP KNIGHTS 12U And Ctx Wolfpack Tie

LCP KNIGHTS 12U and Ctx Wolfpack tied 4-4 on Saturday.

Ctx Wolfpack got on the board in the first inning after Lowell K induced Rhys B to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored.

, which helped LCP KNIGHTS 12U tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.

In the top of the second inning, Ctx Wolfpack went back into the lead after Ace C singled down the left field line, and Derek C singled to left field, each scoring one run.

LCP KNIGHTS 12U tied the game in the bottom of the third thanks to an error, a wild pitch, and a fielder’s choice by Auggy M.

Lowell K started the game for LCP KNIGHTS 12U. The pitcher gave up three hits and three runs (two earned) over two innings, striking out two and walking two. Rhys B started on the mound for Ctx Wolfpack. The starter surrendered one hit and one run over one-third of an inning, striking out one and walking one.

Zaccai D and Aaron R were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected one hit for LCP KNIGHTS 12U. Aaron R and Auggy M each drove in one run for LCP KNIGHTS 12U. LCP KNIGHTS 12U turned one double play in the game.

Wyatt P, Ace C, Derek C, Levi C, and Bryden B each collected one hit for Ctx Wolfpack. Ace C and Rhys B each drove in one run for Ctx Wolfpack. Levi C stole two bases. Ctx Wolfpack ran wild on the base paths, piling up six stolen bases for the game.
