Lots of big news to get the season going!
PRACTICE:
David has secured practice fields for at least the next 4 weeks. Starting August 11th at the Williamson County Regional Park. (Check the Calendar Section for details)
FIRST TOURNAMENT
The first tournament is looking to be scheduled for August 23rd & 24th in Temple.
COST
Practice Fields – Cost at this time is $35 / person for the fields for the first 4 weeks.
Tournament – $50 per person

Brandon Burkhardt here- I’m in the process of setting up accounts for the Knights Baseball Club. It will be set up as a supported account by a Non-Profit Organization I have called “Back of the Jersey”. I will be setting up a Venmo for this organization and requesting funds be transferred to this account directly. With David’s direction, and with the other directors, Alex S. & Tim R., oversight, we will be tracking & following up on the teams finances & dues. This is something that has needed to be taken off of David’s shoulders for a while.
I will work to be very transparent in all financial for org as well. Probably on another private page.
Please note this is a Non Profit Org. It is NOT YET a 501c3. Currently its only a non profit so the organization does not pay taxes on the income / donations. There is no tax deductions for payment / donations. I’m working on the 501c3 status in as well.
